Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an **influencer marketing specialist (M/F/d)** who takes our efforts with creators in the French market to the next level.

**Your areas of responsibility**:

- End-to-end responsibility for cooperations with influencers across multiple platforms in the French market
- Planning, executing and analyzing partnerships to support the teams goals
- Creative assistance for the partners to ensure content quality
- Building and managing approximately 50+ influencers simultaneously to ensure an increasing brand representation
- Being up to date with changes on platforms that have an impact on creator marketing
- Workflow improvement and documentation to ensure effectiveness of the process and team learnings

**Your profile**:

- 2 years working experience in the field of influencer marketing, online marketing, or consulting
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills in English
- Fluency in French and deep understanding of the French creator landscape
- Confidence and quick in negotiations to find a win-win situation and close deals effectively
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty
- Understanding of widely used KPIs and proficiency in Excel
- Positive, proactive mindset and a dynamic environment pushes you to your highest performance
- Data driven approach to find patterns of success in a complex environment
- Ability to work independently, responsibly with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Ideally basic understanding of e-commerce, fashion, or related industries
