**Here's what we're looking for**:
As a business partner and first point of contact for procurement, you are expected to have great stakeholder management skills in developing local relationships and have the ability to drive change management in a diverse stakeholder landscape. This also implies that you are self-driven and can deliver results independently.

You will act as the procurement business partner for key local stakeholders and together with the global organisation ensure implementation of procurement best practice and global category strategies. You are expected to be bold and innovative in identifying new business opportunities and take full advantage of the opportunities provided by the global procurement organisation - Additionally, you understand and can take into account the start-up mentality embedded in the mySugr.

**Your upcoming mission**:

- Continue maturity journey and take part in further scoping the role of procurement in mySugr
- Review and challenge existing process (or tasks) with the ambition to simplify execution and with alignment towards upcoming SAP implementation (and GEP later on)
- Support and provide input in connection with SAP implementation e.g. testing activities during UAT (user acceptance test) and training for power users.
- Review vendor landscape and take part in implementing a preferred set-up, leveraging global value propositions from Roche Diabetes Care
- Align procurement initiatives with local priorities via networking and effective stakeholder management
- Alignment with Global category managers as appropriate for the implementation and communication of the global strategies at mySugr
- Conduct operational reviews of mySugr purchases to ensure compliance with relevant purchasing processes

Most importantly, you have an open and creative mind-set with the ability to see the big picture, but also not afraid to take part in the operational aspects of business execution. Furthermore, you are comfortable with a high degree of autonomy, as you will be the sole representative for indirect procurement in mySugr.

**Essential skills for your mission**:

- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or similar with great results
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience within (procurement) project management, sourcing, category management or business developments - Either in a corporate function, consultancy or start-up environment
- Experience with SAP
- Great stakeholder management skills and understanding the importance of strong stakeholder alignment and communication
- Capable of translating business priorities into tangible procurement initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- An entrepreneurial and strategic mind-set, with the ability to think beyond and challenge status quo
- You are either an EU citizen or hold a valid Austrian work permit

**Bonus skills**:

- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or other comparable health industries
- Experience working in start up environments
- Agile mindset
