**Your responsibilities**
- Turnover reporting
- Promotion plan & promotion status tracking
- Yearly agreement preparation & internal handling
- Sales program entry, tracking, follow up
- Budget planning together with Senior Sales Management
- Weekly data report
- Prepare, analyze, and report weekly & monthly status
- Support of Sales Team
**Your qualifications**
- Good organization skills
- Affinity to administration and cooperation
- fluent in English & German
- Logical thinking and proactive
- Great Team player
- excellent MS Office skills

As required by Austrian federal law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum monthly gross compensation for this position according to the trade collective agreement, which amounts to EUR 2041;
- (basis 38,5 hours/week). The final salary is depending on your relevant experience and qualifications.
