Salary

For this position, we offer an attractive salary that matches your qualifications and experience. The monthly gross salary for the profile described is at least EUR 3,900 (14x). An overpayment is possible, especially with relevant professional experience and special qualifications.
Tasks

As Teamlead HR & Legal, you will lead the HR team and thus control the day-to-day operational HR business. You are the contact person for your team and contribute to the strategic and collective bargaining issues of the company.

Lead the HR team and support your employees in fulfilling their tasks
Advise and supervise the managers and employees with your team in all operational and strategic HR issues, including the selection and use of suitable HR instruments
Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day business and payroll
You are responsible for the constructive and trusting cooperation with the works unions
Create the HR culture in the company with your ideas and ensure the cooperation with the HR & Legal departments in the Group, as well as external lawyers
Lead sub-projects on the HR side, e.g. opening of new bases in Europe

**Requirements**:
You have a university degree in law, economics, or social sciences or in a comparable course of study with a focus on human resources
You have several years of professional experience in HR and in advising managers as well as in dealing with works unions
You have good knowledge of Austrian and European labor law
You are characterized by a high degree of independence as well as a result-oriented and structured way of working
You are empathetic, communicative and have a confident appearance
Ideally, you are familiar with the HR module from SAP, knowledge of payroll is an advantage
You speak fluent German and English. Knowledge of Spanish, Czech or Swedish is an advantage
