**Foreign Material and Cleanroom Manager (M/F/d)**:
As Foreign Material (FM) and Cleanroom Manager IC-Substrate you will drive the plant-wide foreign material roadmap, structures, systems, foreign material culture and yield improvement activities. You will also be responsible for coordinating all FM improvement activities from each area and provide the foreign materials analysis to identify the key area and priorities.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Maintain and develop FM system, station monitors and failure analyses fingerprint database
- Establish systematic FM investigation procedures & frameworks to concentrate on possible foreign material root causes/material elimination (commonality & segmentation studies for FM reject types, building FM Reference Library OOC/OOS)
- Work on machine cleaning procedures in collaboration with process owner
- Inspect and re-evaluate environmental/custodial cleaning quality & procedures
- Coordinate FM improvements & activities within a direct or matrix reporting line
- Regular alignment with LAB, Quality Data Management, Six_Sigma and other supporting departments on their roadmap
**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor degree in technical field
- Minimum 3 of years’ experience in Substrate, semiconductor and/or electronics industry (Substrate industry related experience will be of advantage)
- Good analytical and statistical skills (DoE, hypothesis test, commonality analysis, etc.)
- Knowledge of quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, CP) and metrology tools
- Experience in yield management like defect identification and Quality project management
- Willingness to work in Cleanroom and over time (Overtime including weekends)
- Excellent English language skills

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 55.000;
