**Contract Administrator (f/m/x)**:

- We need someone organized and detail-oriented to help manage contracts in our procurement team. You’ll coordinate contract activities, collect signatures, and handle administrative tasks. It’s a great opportunity for someone who’s good at staying organized and working in a fast-paced environment in close collaboration with our network units in Central and Eastern Europe.#full-time

**Your mission at RBI**:

- Help manage contracts by drafting, reviewing, and finalizing them with the procurement team
- Organize contract tasks, like getting signatures and tracking key contract milestones
- Act as a contact person for those involved in contract negotiations and execution
- Provide info and help to stakeholders about contract terms and conditions
- Keep accurate records and documents related to contracts
- Handle the distribution of contract documents while ensuring security protocols are followed
- Lead and guide a team of student staff supporting daily operations in our division

***Your core competencies**:

- HAK school or any similar business focused education
- Work experience in an administrative support role
- Sound German and English skills to collaborate with different departments and be the main contact person for following up the contract process
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Team player with the ability to work independently to full fill the tasks in a given regulatory deadlines

***Nice to have**:

- Experience with contract management software
- Experience in procurement or a contracting environment
