We are looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant in our Office Management team to join us on this exciting journey

Tasks

As our Food & Beverage Assistant at Prewave, you will
- Assist with the preparation of food and beverages for staff and sometimes also for meetings with our external partners (organise catering)
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, dining areas and storage
- Ensuring that all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and stored
- Replenishing snacks and drinks in the office kitchen as needed, and keep an eye on the inventory, including the regular orders and catering needs for special events
- Providing excellent customer service to all visitors and team members

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a food service or customer service role preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and German
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be able to work a maximum of 10 hours per week. The ideal working schedule would be 2 hours each morning during the workdays
