About Artivive

Artivive is an easy-to-use Augmented Reality tool that allows artists to create new dimensions of art by linking classical with digital art. The digital layer opens doors to a whole new world of possibilities. It consists of the Artivive App, our visualization component, and the Bridge by Artivive, the creational part.

Our vision at Artivive is to change how art is created and consumed and build the community around augmented reality art. Our mission is to democratize augmented reality for the art world. Our plan is to make augmented reality into the art form of the 21st century.

More than 160,000 users are creating artworks with Artivive and are having exhibitions in 120 countries. For museums, exhibitions, galleries, and other art institutions, Artivive offers a new and innovative way for the audience to interact with art.

Tasks

Artivive’s amazing community is composed of 160,000 creatives from all over the world. This diversity makes the work with them always interesting, different, and exciting. The community members are very warm and friendly, they help us co-create the best community experience and are loyal advocates of the brand.
- Establish and execute strategies to increase the size, connectedness, and engagement of the community
- Be the internal champion for the community - feeding in product feedback/needs, content needs, tone of voice, and topics of interest to the product, marketing, sales and customer success teams
- Work on building a content plan for the community according to the feedback and metrics for our Facebook Group and Discord Server
- Create event calendar and strategy according to the community needs and execute different event formats (such as workshops, panel discussions, summit, etc.)
- Coordinate and work on different community programs such as brand ambassadors, local advocates, mentoring, etc.
- Measure and analyze the impact of the community to figure out what works and how to amplify it

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills
- Understanding of analytics and community dashboards
- Experience with community platforms such as Facebook Groups and Discord
- Experience with facilitating and co-hosting events
- An emphatic, supportive and holistic approach to community and its members
- Able to build deep meaningful connections with the community members
- An outcome-driven mindset that helps you plan and prioritize effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach

The annual gross salary (38,5 hours / week) for this position is according to the collective agreement (IT-KV). An overpayment is possible depending on your qualifications and experience.
