Project Manager Product and Methodology Development

Your new role will include:
- Interdisciplinary **project-team management **across various Infineon sites
- **Technical support **of the project team and decision-making
- Responsibility for the **project budget, the time
- and resource-plan**:
- Continuous **controlling of the project risks **and **regular reporting **to department and division head

- **Proactive communication **with different internal and external project partners
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- More than **8 years of work experience **and at least more than 3 years of experience in **project-management **(ideally within the semiconductor industry)
- **Know-how **and **interest in Project Methodology Development **and strong **technical background in electronics**:
- Expertise with **Scrum **or **Scrum Master**:
- Deep **understanding **of the development flow of **complex mixed signal developments**:
- A process-oriented way of working and **outstanding communication skills**:
- Agile mindset, **stress resistant **and **out-of-the box thinking capability**:
- A university/university of applied sciences degree in **Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or comparable**:
- **Fluent English skills **with German as a plus
