**Key Responsibilities**
After understanding inside out the PNPTC’s investment and innovation process as well as our value proposition to large corporates, this professional will have the following responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, sort, and track leads (using Salesforce CRM)
- Create and prioritize target account and contact list
- Research new prospects through various channels (web, articles, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Research and document relevant contact information for existing leads/keeping contact information updated
- Profiling of strategic accounts and identifying key individuals
- Researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
- Diligent and considerate follow-up cycles with prospects
- Analyze results and creatively consider new approaches that could improve the effectiveness of sales initiatives
- Work with sales executives on global opportunities that help drive revenue growth
- Maintaining and growing basic industry knowledge
**Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree in business or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths)
- Highly motivated and committed, entrepreneurial sense, strong self-drive, and able to work with a global team in different time zones
- Team player and with self-initiative
- Positive and open mindset, energetic, strong willingness to learn and improve
- Analytical character with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Language requirements: fluent English. German is a big plus. Other languages are an asset.
**Future Career Path**
As PNPTC is a high-growth company, this role will have the chance to take on more responsibilities, develop leadership characteristics with possibilities of managing and negotiating deals and contracts in the long term.
