**About the role**:
**Location**:We are flexible about your place of work but preferably it will be at our Vienna Head Office or at one of our locations in Belgium

**Hours**:Full-Time

**Type of Contract**:Permanent

In your role as Marketing and Communications Expert (M/F/d) you will be an essential part of this future. You will develop and deploy a global omnichannel promotional strategies for some industry clusters. Your goal is to maximise the business results of these industry clusters with strong promotional strategies, throughout the value chain and versus competition.

You will be part of a talented and international team of six colleagues that establishes a unique industry position in a competitive environment, and drives business generation with a customer centric approach.

**In more detail, you will**:

- Be responsible for **development and implementation of cross-channel promotion and content strategies** with a healthy mix of digital and conventional marketing
- Have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.Manage the budget for the promotional activities of each Industry Cluster
- Develop and place trade media releases and manage internal and external approval processes
- Be responsible to develop and manage a promotional calendar and **deploy campaigns and content** accordingly
- Be responsible for **analysis of campaign and content** usage to gauge effectiveness and adjust accordingly
- Decide when and where to involve **3rd parties for content production** within the agreed budget
- Align marketing communications strategies and activities with our joint venture **Borouge **to ensure a global market approach where feasible.

**About you**:

- Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree in a relevant area and +/- 5 years’ experience in a content marketing or marketing communications role in an international environment
- It will be a plus if you are proficient or knowledgeable with creative tools like Adobe Creative Cloud; marketing automation tools like Hubspot, Pardot or Marketo, and advertising platforms, like LinkedIn Ads or Google Ads, and/or webinar platforms.
- Mastery of English at business level
- Ability to think “customer first”, being able create and intuitive understanding what our potential customers need and which value they see in our products
- Experience with creating compelling messages (using words, images and video) for different target demographics
- Experience with a wide variety of marketing channels to set up a successful omnichannel promotional strategy
- Ability to align with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent persuasion power, analytical thinking and reporting skills

**About Borealis and our offer**:
Following **Austrian **law regulations, we offer a competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement, reflecting your competencies and experience, starting at EUR 69.200;
- annual gross salary and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background. In addition, we offer a yearly bonus and a voluntary company pension plan.
