ANDRITZ is seeking a dynamic Global Marketing Communications Manager to support our entry into the Power-to-X market. In this role, you will be instrumental in raising awareness and generating demand for our green hydrogen and renewable fuel solutions.

We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in modern marketing and communications within an international context. Your deep understanding of branding and demand creation will play a crucial role in increasing our market share. This exciting opportunity is based in either Vienna or Helsinki.

**In your role, you will**
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy aligned with our business objectives
- Manage the annual marketing and communications budget, ensuring strategic resource allocation
- Create crispy communication guidelines and deliver clear internal communications in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Coordinate fairs and events and our participation industry trade shows and conferences
- Drive digital marketing campaigns, from ideation to execution, using various channels to generate and nurture sales leads and monitor results
- Develop and implement PR and social media plans to enhance visibility and engagement in assigned industry segments
- Collaborate closely with the business development and sales team on marketing program development and implementation
- Drive the content strategy, crafting compelling and relevant content that seamlessly aligns with buyers' journeys across diverse channels, with a primary focus on digital platforms
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry trade media, ensuring a consistent and positive presence
- Establish KPIs and monitor performance against them
- Collaborate with ANDRITZ Group Communication and Marketing, business areas and divisions, product groups, various locations, and external vendors
- Report to the leader of the Power-2-X and green hydrogen business and functionally to the VP of Communications at ANDRITZ AG

**In your personal skill set, you have**
- BSc. or MSc. degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing and communications in a global environment
- Comprehensive understanding of modern marketing tools (marketing automation, analytics etc.) and opportunities
- Solid project management skills
- Proven success in digital marketing and lead generation
- Self-starter with a can-do-attitude, you see what needs to be done and go after it
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with knowledge of other languages being an advantage
- Demonstrate a high-performance mindset with the capability to operate effectively under tight deadlines
