Marketing Communications Manager

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Developing, lay outing and executing our own B2B multi-channel marketing programs through our marketing automation tool (addressed to Emarsys’ customers or prospects)
- Creating impactful messages that will help with our marketing strategy and brand initiatives
- Managing subscriptions, generating sending lists and segmenting audiences
- Analyzing the effectiveness of your campaigns
- Regular A/B testing for audiences, content and timingInitiating and driving campaign improvements (in regards of design, content, targeting and messaging) Working in a matrix-organization liaising with multiple teams; setting expectations and documenting objectives
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Bachelor degree with a major in Marketing or Communication (or similar education)
- HTML/CSS knowledge is required; familiarity with JavaScript is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a very fast paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously
- English native
**ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS**:
- Hands-on mentality and strong track record of executing successful marketing campaigns
- Organizational talent and detail-oriented approach
- Experience in CRM tools, especially in Salesforce, as well as the MS Office package
