To strengthen our motivated Sales Team in the Business Unit Food & Specialities, we are looking for a passionate **Marketing Communication Manager (M/F/d) **.

**Your Role**:

- You identify and develop the Business Unit Marketing and Communication strategy in collaboration with our VP Sales and Sales Team
- You develop and implement marketing campaigns that generate leads by utilizing online & offline communication tools across multiple buyer journeys
- You plan and execute innovative and sustainable product launches with the goal of increasing brand awareness and driving business growth
- You coordinate and support various projects, events and initatives such as sales tools, webinars, customer events, and exhibitions
- You support sustainability activities of our products in cooperation with the Sustainability Team
- You collaborate with our Group Marketing and other packaging divisional Business units on our marketing initiatives as well as our external partners (e.g. marketing agencies,...)

**Your Profile**:

- You have completed your university degree (master's) in marketing, communication, or business administration
- You have already gained a minimum of 3-5 years in an international Marketing role, preferably within the Paper/Packaging industry, or related B2B/B2C industry
- You have a practical experience with social media and marketing auotmation (e.g. Google Analytics, Linkedin, Facebook,...)
- You are experienced in developing marketing strategies, channel optimization and product branding
- You are an agile and proactive person that thrives in an international and fast pacing environment
- You like to work with multiple stakeholders and develop strategic plans and strong relationships
- You communicate fluently in written and spoken English and German (C1+)

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 55,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
