**Product Owner for Learning Technology (f/m/x)**:You want to actively shape the future of RBI’s digital learning experience?

RBI is following the goal of becoming a Learning Organization, which refers to a culture where learning is at its center and a regular habit of our daily routine. We are convinced that technology thereby is an effective and powerful tool to ease and accelerate the learning process.

We have established a cross-functional project team with members from different areas of the organization, to change the way of learning in RBI and create a state-of-the-art learning-infrastructure. For our team we are looking for a learning mastermind with strong interpersonal skills and adaptive mindset to support the next step on our journey. This includes the review of the technical status quo and shaping the future setup & architecture of our learning environments together with the team to deliver the best possible learning experience to our colleagues.

**What you can expect**:

- Defining the digital learning experience product vision & architecture, roadmap of scope roll-outs and technical integrations (incl. content providers) in cooperation with the learning strategy team
- Responsibility for the overall product performance, steering the product in cooperation with the key stakeholders and leading the change management to ensure adoption
- Defining and aligning product solution epics, orchestrating a cross-functional team, gathering requirements from all stakeholders, verifying a technical solution design and defining customer journeys & key elements of UX/UI
- Providing technical solutions for highly interactive learning environments in support of best-in-class pedagogy while minimizing barriers for interfacing technologies.
- Collaborating with Learning Designers, Learning Facilitators, Platform Administrators, Faculty, and Program Leads to craft innovative approaches to digital learning
- Using data and analytics to gain new learner insights and establishing tools to monitor and measure learning impact

**What you bring to the table**:

- Relevant experience in learning and development area, digital learning consultancy or IT and digital media
- Experience in the design of user interfaces
- Solid experience in delivering large projects within an agile setup
- Strong strategic and analytical skills and a good sense for business
- Eagerness to deal with ambiguity and a diverse set of stakeholders
- Drive for result and customer-centric approach
- Excellent communication skills (English, German) and ability to connect to people through all hierarchical levels of the organization
