- Erste Digital develops and maintains all relevant IT-solutions (e.g. SimCorp, Oracle DB/DWH, Web) in the area of Asset and Wealth Management in close co-operation with Erste Asset Management. Erste Asset Management coordinates and is responsible for all asset management activities of Erste Group amounting to more than € 60 billion. More than 300 employees develop and manage investment solutions for our investors across 7 different countries.- The initiatives of the teams have a strong focus on providing the required asset management data for business units to assure Regulatory & Client Reporting, support investment decisions and execute Mid
- and Backoffice processes. The services include maintenance and development of new capabilities for SimCorp Dimension and database solutions with reporting or web frontends.- Your Tasks will be to- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within the service level agreement (SLA)
- Communicate with the customer, service desk and support in a friendly and professional manner
- Deliver service/operation requests
- Initiate SimCorp variations and customizations to better meet customer requirements- What you'll bring with you- Application support experience and incident/problem/change management
- Solid know how of databases, e.g. SQL server/Oracle and associated queries
- Some experience with workflow engines, ideally UC4 (Automic)
- Enterprise-level support environment is a big plus
- Building a good relationship with our customers/users is a matter of course for you

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 44.660;
