**What will be your tasks?**
- **Secure usage, global alignment and further improvement of defined standard processes, regulations, and tools of project
- and site management**:

- **Cooperation with and guide local organizations to ensure alignment of global activities with local needs**
- **Enforce the #1ANDRITZ philosophy for Project & Site Management**:

- **Coaching of existing project and site managers**
- **Step pro-actively into projects in case of a „crisis“**:

- **Participating in related project steering meetings and local project review meetings**

**What you bring to the table?**
- **Strong Customer focus, shared Commitment & Ownership for Performance, Openness, good communication & negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and structured working methods**:

- **At least 8+ years of experience in a similar position as a Senior Project Manager ideally in Metals industry**:

- **Excellent commercial skills related to project management**:

- **Good technical understanding, famialized with Project Management principles and especially process engineering skills**:

- **English** language skills and ideally Geman**:

- **Readiness** to travel and experience in working in intercultural teams**

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.452,34 for this position.

Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
