Head of B2B Digital Services Competence Delivery Center

**Job Purpose**

As a leading communications provider in the CEE region, A1 Group offers products and services in the areas of voice telephony, broadband Internet, mobile and home entertainment as well as smart home, data and IT solutions, wholesale, payment solutions and digital services.

A key element of our Strategy is the expansion of our B2B Digital (formerly: ICT) services. We believe that by building on our asset of having a local presence, we can support our customers in their own digitalization journey that goes beyond connectivity. We want to significantly grow this business in the coming years, and we believe that to achieve this growth, we need to combine our delivery capabilities and make them available to all markets.

This is why we will consolidate all ICT delivery teams into one combined organization, which will consist of existing teams but also will hire additional people in the future. The setup will be similar to the already existing Competence Delivery Center.

To start this transition, we are in a first step looking for a person to lead the future B2B Digital Delivery Center. This person will then work together with us on further details of the future setup.

**What you do**
- You lead an international team of Delivery experts for B2B Digital products and services, which delivers customer projects and solutions in all countries (currently with the biggest portion of business in Austria and Bulgaria) and in the future even beyond our Telco footprint.
- You partner with all country B2B teams so they can sell and deliver a broader portfolio of B2B Digital Services.
- You run a Project Delivery Unit that delivers with market leading customer satisfaction and operates the services with high efficiency.
- You ensure that Product Development is flexible enough to meet local (customer) needs and at the same time standardized enough to enable efficient delivery that can be replicated in other projects.
- You also lead a Platform Development team that builds and operates a common Engagement Platform.
- You set up the necessary governance and operations processes for your unit, finding the right balance between needed governance and avoiding unnecessary bureaucracy.
- You shape the development of this new organization together with Group and local stakeholders and work out an initial setup as well as a roadmap and drive their implementation.

**What you offer**
- Significant (at least 10 years) experience in the IT, ICT, or Telco industry, ideally in a Customer Delivery and/or Sales Management role
- Experience in running an IT BUILD and/or RUN organisation
- Experience in leading large and multi-faceted, international organisations
- Experience in CEE is welcome
- Track-record of driving transformation and growth
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels of the organisation
- Strong people management skills
- Superior customer orientation
- Results
- and solution orientation, positive attitude and team spirit
- English as working language, German in addition is an asset

The minimum annual gross salary for this position according to the current collective agreement is EUR 92.483,-. The actual annual salary depends on your skills and experience.
