**Quality Assurance and Testing Lead **- Vienna, Austria**

As a Quality Assurance and Testing Lead, you will have a critical role in shaping the future of our digital banking platform. You will lead a team of QA professionals to deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable Digital Banking suite. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive QA strategy that encompasses manual and automated testing. You will ensure that all products are thoroughly tested and meet customer requirements and expectations. You will collaborate with product development and technology teams to identify and prioritize testing tasks, spearhead continuous improvements in testing strategy and ensure a comprehensive testing plan.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Lead and influence the development of testing strategies for manual and automated testing, processes, and tools, to optimize test coverage and ensure that software releases are tested and delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with product development, technology, and cross-functional teams to deliver feedback on test reviews to promote testing best practices.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of improvement in the QA process, while ensuring that all testing processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain metrics to track and report on the quality of the digital banking product, including identifying and implementing new testing tools and technologies to improve the QA process.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in software testing and QA methodologies.
