- The Fairo app is designed to automate bookkeeping and taxes, issue invoices, keep track of one’s income and maximize time with pre-filled tax reports. Simply, the app allows freelancers to do the admin work easier, faster, and more efficiently. Our team joined forces with the best banking and legal partners to create the first all-in-one app solution. Just to give you a bit of background, Fairo is backed by Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI), one of the leading corporate and investment banks in Central and Eastern Europe and was officially launched in 2021 in Ukraine and is on the verge of tackling other European countries as well like Romania, Poland, Czech Republic.-

**Your main objectives**
- Lead the delivery team’s priorities, sprint planning, other agile ceremonies and vision defined by product management
- Lead the product discovery process from the user perspective
- Search for opportunities how to optimize the process
- Get oriented in the process from a legal and regulatory view (with help of a professional accountant)
- Drive strategy for activation of the products
- Align with product managers to clearly articulate product strategy to the delivery team
- Create the backlog and prioritize the development
- Co-ordinate the creation of release-specific business documents, such as support model definitions, go/no-go approvals, internal release notes, and release-related living documents
- Guide the development in agile way

**Your skills**
- 3+years of experience as Product Owner
- You are client-centric and capable of translating client needs into product/service requirements
- You love to cooperate in the team and can act upon decisions very quickly
- You are flexible, as well as capable of managing priorities and pursuing a project independently
- You can choose, from a range of different options and points of view, the best solution for stakeholders that is in line with the company strategy
- You take the initiative, work independently, and have a profound sense of responsibility
- You speak English fluently
- Previous experience with integrating 3rd parties would be a plus
