**Job Description**:
- being responsible for the entire talent journey - from identifying talents, talent screening to in-depth interviews and successful onboarding - being a tour guide for this exciting journey
- developing the right talent attraction and acquisition strategy to build a strong and sustainable pipeline of best in class talents across Europe.
- building a talentpool and network to make sure we always have a full pipeline of potential talents.
- working closely with all departments and developing new, future hiring managers to get the best out of their interviewing skills.
- partnering with the hiring managers for working out new requirement profiles, job advertisements and search profile to define a suitable strategy.
- participating in shaping a modern Talent Acquisition organization with operational excellence.
**Qualifications**:
- 4-6 years experience in technical recruitment in a scale-up environment.
- experience in end-to-end recruitment from kicking off a position to managing the offer of talents.
- well-structured written and verbal communication skills in English.
- strong communication skills and a neck for working with people.
- ability to manage Senior Stakeholders and coach junior Hiring Managers.
