**Company Description**: **The Assistant to the Global Head of Customer Success will play a crucial role in supporting various organizational aspects. One of the primary responsibilities involves providing assistance to the Program Management Office, Media Data Governance team, Data Quality Management and the Strategic Procurement Media team across all administrative matters.** **Support to Global Head** You will be responsible for managing the schedule and activities of the Global Head of Customer Success. This includes organizing meetings, handling travel arrangements, managing expenses, and coordinating team activities such as meetings and workshops. Additionally, you will oversee the controlling and management of trainings, vacation balances, time management, travel policies, and other employee-related tasks within the departments. **Preparation** In support of the Global Head of Customer Success and the team, you will assist in the preparation of various documents, including department reports, PowerPoint slides, meeting notes, and Excel sheets. You will also be tasked with maintaining up-to-date organizational charts. Your responsibilities extend to keeping the internal Wiki and Project catalogue current. Meeting deadlines for reporting to management and key executives is a crucial aspect of your role. **Concept Visualization and Power Points** In this role, you will play a central role in creating visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for our Global Head of Customer Success Management and the CEO of Red Bull Media House. Your responsibilities will include ensuring consistency of design elements, branding and messaging across all presentations. A key aspect of your role will be translating verbal concepts and ideas into engaging visual elements in PowerPoint presentations. Working closely with team members, you will integrate content into presentations, ensuring a balance between text and visuals to maximize impact. Your data visualization expertise is critical as you present complex data and information in a visually understandable way using charts, graphs and other visual aids provided by various departments within Global Media Serves and the Media Brand Network. Your creative input will be highly valued as you make suggestions to improve the visual storytelling aspect of our presentations. **Development** You play a key role in defining effective ways of working within the overall department, working closely with team leads. Initiatives to foster team chemistry and cooperation fall under your purview. Conducting analyses of needs and challenges within the team, you develop and plan workshops and breakout sessions to address them. **Project Support** Taking ownership of selected projects within and across departments, you will set up, drive, and actively manage projects aimed at enhancing existing processes and reporting systems. It is your responsibility to document and communicate changes and developments in processes to internal stakeholders. Additionally, you provide support to the heads with project closing reports. **Media Data and Taxonomy** You contribute to ongoing projects within the Media Data and Taxonomy department. Your focus is on increasing data value through the establishment and rollout of data governance standards, frameworks, and tools. This involves taxonomy management, data checks, and data pre-work to ensure the success of these initiatives. **Qualifications**: Strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and seamlessly managing multiple tasks. Demonstrated ability to remain focused, efficient, and effective even under pressure. Self-confident and proactive approach, embodying a "can do" attitude. Flexibility and openness to learning new skills. Professional and positive demeanor, with the ability to work effectively in an intercultural environment. Proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion. Profound knowledge of PowerPoint and the talent to transform complex concepts into visually compelling presentations. Knowledge of graphic design and proficiency with graphic design tools. Excellent written and spoken English and German language skills are mandatory for this position. Effective communication skills to understand and interpret verbal concepts for visualization. Ability to incorporate feedback from stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of presentation materials. **Additional Information**: Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,229 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
