We are looking for a Marketing Communication Expert who will be responsible for digital and traditional marketing communication for Sony Electronics Products & Solutions in both Austria and Switzerland. You will deliver ‘best in class’ POS materials and displays for digital platforms and retail stores to support new product launches and promotional activities.

You can look forward to playing an active role in our daily Customer Marketing Communication operations, gaining a real understanding of how we approach and constantly analyze the market and how we appeal each products target group, to define best in class communication assets and product communication for Promotions, ATL and BTL campaigns. You will manage the adaptation and creation of traditional point-of-sale materials and reseller promotional materials. Have the responsibility for the category Sony Marketing warehousing and logistics operations. Work with Sony re-sellers to deliver their own consumer-facing events both physical and digital. Coordinate and manage workflow from our European Brand Activation Team. Have responsibility for our Video & Sound product category Advertising & Promotional budget management, planning, and forecasting together with a great Team of Brand Activation Specialists across Switzerland and Austria.

You will work closely with our Retail Activation, Channel Marketing, and Marketing team to support the execution of our Campaigns and with PR to create the Social Media Calendar linked to products. You will lead our projects in collaboration with our agencies and productions across different countries and channels. You will be the central point of communication between Marketing and Channel Marketing.

Finally, you will understand the importance of pushing for the One Last Inch at the point of sale.

What do I need?

You're an ambitious graduate in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing at Bachelor or Master level, with 3-5 years work experience within the Consumer Electronics retail market and/ or within an equal position. Of course, your communication, project-/ time-management
- and organizational skills are superb, together with the adaptability to multitask under pressure. Your proactive, resourceful approach to a varied workload means you'll get involved in constantly evolving projects and your friendly, inquisitive style will help create important bonds with internal and external stakeholders.

On the practical side, you're confident with Excel and PowerPoint and have an eye for detail. You're probably excited by consumer electronics. One thing's for sure, you can work effectively across different cultures. You'll need excellent written and spoken German and you've made it this far, your English is, of course, exceptional.
