Clinical Product Manager

**Job Description Summary**: Areas that support the identification and development of the product offerings for the business. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Guided by commercial practices and policies that may be shaped by the role. Has significant control/influence over commercial priorities. There is moderate autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgement are required to achieve outcomes required.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- You will act as interface between engineering and clinical users: Define & evaluate the design, refinement of image quality and advanced feature development based upon customer’s needs and translate/report evaluation feedback
- You will communicate customer feedback to central and Product Marketing teams for pilots and NPIs, transfer (clinical) expertise into product roadmap definition
- You will develop (clinical) competition intelligence and comparisons to support engineering and the downstream teams with insights and potential selling advantages
- You will work in close collaboration with the Clinical Vertical Leaders, Clinical Product Management and Advanced Technology Group to support development, maintain, improve & implement working routines/standards for experimental procedures
- Challenge the teams and functional area management in Research, Development and Marketing to ensure that all business and strategic issues have been addressed and that the strategic plan is being implemented

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Biomedical Engineering or equivalent knowledge or significant industry or academic experience with industry collaborations in ultrasound imaging field
- Excellent communications skills - both verbal and written in English
- Demonstrated global, cross-functional project management experience & demonstrated ability to convert high-level customer needs into a technical development strategy supported with data and clinical evidence
- Ability to work in a highly independent manner as well as in team, able to contribute collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

**Desired characteristics**:

- Experience in Ultrasound in Gynecology and Obstetrics, including 3D technology
- German language skills is a benefit
