Technical Innovation Manager

Global Rail Group is a young but fast-growing company working in different domains of international Railway Infrastructure Management. Our focus is on bringing new technology and digitalisation to the railway industry in order to support the optimization of the railway asset management.

Tasks
- You provide deep innovation and technical knowledge to the sector and support them in defining projects
- You support clients developing their products with our knowledge on railway requirements
- You meet and liaise with clients to negotiate on technical improvement projects implementing end to end solutions and predictive maintenance
- You search for solutions with the customers and prepare offerings
- You formulate plans or proposals to present to your client or senior management
- You liaise with and manage consulting staff for the different studies
- You can moderate focus groups
- You coordinate and monitor the progress of your projects
- You write detailed reports and present results

**Requirements**:

- You have completed a degree in civil engineering or equivalent
- You have railway knowledge in superstructure
- Research knowledge in superstructure and expertise in digitalisation are a plus
- You have good communication skills with both clients and colleagues
- You are able to work structured and independently
- You have analytical thinking skills
- You strive to be solutions oriented
- You enjoy working in a growing, international team
