**Technical Leadership; Strategy and Business Performance**
- Acts as the Senior Technical representative for the total technical function towards the respective bottler and Franchise Operations Leadership Team (LT) and, as such, being part of the Franchise Operations (FO) leadership team.
- Provide technical leadership and execution support to the assigned territory, within the franchise units and bottling partners across all Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (TI&SC) functional areas
- Act as the execution arm for TI&SC strategies at the assigned territory, Franchise Operations and individual market levels
- Leadership and operational support for the Coca-Cola System at the assigned territory level to build capabilities and capacities of product/package, supply chain and production infrastructure, processes, people and cost optimization solutions in order to drive growth in the specific territory
- Runs Portfolio assessments and harmonization of brands and SKUs
- Collaborates with Platform Services to identify and support the development and deployment of Digital solutions
- Goals and objectives for the role are mainly focused on the annual business plan delivery for the assigned territory or Franchise Operation.
- Consult on the Joint Venture Technical Business Plan including CAPEX approval requirements
- By appointment lead and/or support the Technical Due Diligence in M&A projects and in agreement with M&A lead team
- **Supply Chain & Productivity**
- Technical Franchise leadership to support the development and tracking of critical metrics to monitor success. Key areas at the assigned territory are QSE scores, continuity of supply, processes efficiency and performance, timely investments to expand capacity among others
- Coordinate the technical priorities for the Franchise Territory & work with EOU Technical Operations Leadership team to allocate Technical resources
- Make holistic risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure TCCC & legal standards and supply
- Support actions of bottling plants to optimize manufacturing cost and yields to support profitability requirements in the assigned territory.
- Support the FO IMCR team as and when required
- Identify supply chain opportunities (RCG, Tax etc ), develop and execute initiatives that improve performance, reduce cost, and accelerate growth. Achieve full alignment with Bottling system in related areas (manufacturing and distribution infrastructure, demand and operations planning, inventory management, logistics)
- Execute the Supply Chain contingency plans and Business Continuity Plans, coordinate demand and supply in alignment with the Supply Chain team, CPS and the bottling partners
- **Innovations & Engineering**
- Initiates and manages feasibility assessments
- Collaborates with the bottler to assess and implement process critical capabilities, capacities and equipment is installed and operational to support future growth
- 5+ years of experience in one or more functional areas within the TI&SC scope: QSE, SRA, Commercialization, Supply Chain, technical franchise leadership, CPS, R&D, food or beverage industry (Manufacturing, QSE, Logistics-Supply Chain, Engineering among others) including Strong understanding of end to end value chain in Coca-Cola or related beverage manufacturing business
- Very good understanding of technical risk management, technical governance, project management framework and methodologies, QSE metrics and commercialization processes.
- Strong abilities to connect and collaborate with the bottling partners and suppliers and the commercial roles of the FO
- Strong planning and organizing skills to ensure an efficient execution of the commercial/technical projects to be handled
- Strong risk mapping and problem-solving skills to support the assigned bottling operations in the corrective and preventive action definition
- Quality, Safety, and environmental systems implementation and improvement to ensure full compliance with TCCC Governance requirements and local regulations
- Continuous improvement models applied to manufacturing and distribution environments
- Embrace and works in Agile ways of working and contributes to the capability implementation e.g. acting as Scrum Master
- Solid strategic analysis and thinking skills able to build a sustainable business
- Financial Skills understanding impact to volume, revenue and profit lines including business case development and systemic thinking
