Our high quality standards, broad portfolio and advisor and service offerings make us to a valued partner of the agricultural sector and international industry.** **The Business Unit „New Technologies“ focuses on the development and distribution of proprietary biological products serving conventional and organic agriculture.** To expand our deer repellent business and enlarge our sales in forestry in Europe, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced **SALES MANAGER EUROPE - BIOLOGICAL DEER REPELLENTS & FORESTRY (M/W/D)**: **Ihre Aufgaben** - Support and implement a long term profitable sales and go-to-market strategy in alignment with the overall sales strategy of the Business Unit for Deer Repellents and in Forestry - Deliver the sales budget in terms of top line and profitability - Responsible for full planning before and in season and order management - Manage distribution partners - Implement price, product & quality strategies as agreed with the Sales Manager “New Technologies” - Be single contact point for all customer requests - Coordinate Technical Experts in selected markets and ensure appropriate steering, coaching and training - Conduct sales trainings with the support of product marketing - Co-develop marketing campaigns with Product Management, Technical Marketing, Marketing Communications and distributors - Participate in relevant fairs and exhibitions - Provide market and competitor intelligence to the Sales Manager New Tech and Product Marketing - Provide regular reporting about results, KPIs and market activities **Ihr Profil** - Relevant degree in business administration (Marketing & Sales) or forestry sciences - Min. 3 years’ experience in sales and / or key account management - Deep experience in forestry - Excellent project management skills - Strong business acumen with "Hands on" mentality - Very good customer service skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Perfect command of English, knowledge of German is a plus - Willingness to travel in Europe more than 40% **Unser Angebot** - Work for a successful family owned company - Further develop the expansion of a successful product category in Europe - Work in an international, dynamique team with short decision making channels - Attractive compensation package, depending on your professional qualifications and experience - Home office of up to 40% - Location: Headquarters in 1220 Vienna, Austria or Germany Interessiert?
