**People Strategy Partner - Diversity & Inclusion (f/m/x)**:We are a leading bank in Austria and Central and Eastern Europe - what got us here, are our talented people. **Your main objectives**:
- Support the top management of six board areas in delivering gender diversity strategy and foster top-down commitment to diversity & inclusion
- Support and enable bottom-up communities (women networks, LGBTQI+ community) and plan regular communication and events
- Integrate D&I into existing people practices and processes (e.g. Employer branding and Recruiting) and engage an HR community around Diversity & Inclusion
- Establish D&I dashboard and KPI's to analyse & report on diversity data for Head office and the Network of subsidiaries in Central and Eastern Europe
- Provide input and spar on other strategic people topics such as career or engagement, ensuring that all initiatives are supporting RBI to becoming an “Employer of Choice”
**Your skills**:
- Diversity & Inclusion: You have previous experience and expertise in D&I related topics
- Stakeholder Management: you effectively communicate and get buy-in from the business, people and other internal and external stakeholders
- Advising: you build trust and advise colleagues and stakeholders on best practice, manage expectations and act as a centre of expertise
- Data: you are comfortable pulling the data together, reading, interpreting and communicating data into valuable information to support decision-making processes
- You are used to work with Excel; know-how of Power BI is an advantage
- Business acumen: you are able to understand the strategic intent and facilitate the translation of it into an implementable execution plan
