**People Strategy Partner**Talent Acquisition (f/m/x)

**Your main objectives**:

- Facilitate the design and activation of our employee value proposition (EVP)
- Provide input and spar on other strategic people topics such as diversity, career, engagement and talent management, ensuring that all initiatives are supporting RBI to becoming an “Employer of Choice”

**Your skills**:

- Talent Acquisition: You have previous experience and expertise in topics related to Talent Acquisition
- Data-driven prioritisation: you identify and decide on focus areas and their order based on HR metrics and an understanding of a target audience's needs and expectations
- Strategic thinking: you can interpret and implement a strategy that effectively supports the overarching organizational strategy
- Stakeholder Management: you effectively communicate and get buy in from the business, people and other internal and external stakeholders
- Advising: you build trust and advise colleagues and stakeholders on best practice, manage expectations and act as a centre of expertise

This role is based in Vienna, offering flexible working arrangement and a salary starting at EUR 55,000 gross p.a. including overtime. We’re looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
