**People Strategy Partner**Employer Branding (f/m/x)

**Your main objectives**:

- In collaboration with internal HR experts, help define an employer branding strategy to position RBI as an attractive employer
- Come up with ideas for new employer branding events (meet ups, etc.) and find innovative ways to communicate with future employees
- Create and run online campaigns, supported by marketing and communication department
- Prioritize and organize RBI’s participation in job fairs together with HR and colleagues representing the business
- Liaise and manage relationships with universities
- Utilize and manage our existing employer branding channels (e.g. university career pages, kununu, linkedIn)

**Your skills**:

- Creativity: You have a creative mind and enjoy coming up with captivating and inclusive employer branding campaigns
- Organisational skills: You are comfortable with organising events and communicating with all involved parties
- Social Media: You are passionate to communicate on social media channels
- Relationship Management: You know how to build trusted relationships to form strong partnerships with external vendors (e.g. universities, agencies)

This role is based in Vienna, offering flexible working arrangement and a salary starting at EUR 45,000 gross p.a. including overtime. We’re looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
