Student Accounts and Visa Advisor

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end process for new students
- Contact point for all new applicants (finance questions and visa questions)
- Manage, process and communicate charged, received and outstanding tuition fees and other payments
- Track and manage outstanding visa cases
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and requirements
- Ensure all documentation and information are accurately recorded and maintained
- Support orientation week (student arrival)
- Produce reports on payment and visa statuses

**Your profile**:

- University degree preferred
- Proven work experience in customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident and comfortable making direct phone calls to students
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Experience in visa coordination or a related field is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German B2 (active spoken language skills) is requirement
- Strong communication skills, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements
- Secure user of MS 365 products
- Valid work permit in Austria
