**Job Description**:
Within the Global Group Clients Team, we are dealing with the overall rollout and coordination of the Group Clients partnership program. It also includes initiatives and follow ups on actions from the Framework Agreement between Global Group Clients and Visa. The Global Group Client Senior Account Executive (AE) is accountable to pro-actively and commercially lead and grow the business of assigned clients, which are headquartered in Austria, by actively selling, promoting, and securing usage of companies’ products and services. This role requires a strong commercial skill and significant project management expertise. Key work outputs and accountabilities Actively engage with clients and Visa client leadership in regular strategic & planning discussions; nurture and handle a pipeline of work with clients You will be working alongside clients and the Visa teams in the market cluster, liaising with multiple partners with the aim of growing the business through collaboration, building quality, deepen relationships and innovation developing deep partnerships across the business with partners who are key to delivering winning client value propositions, and ultimately drive up the volume of deals won in cluster Identify, in close partnership with the clients, new value propositions and opportunities to thrive the business together Work with clients to identify new and ongoing requirements and actively and commercially stimulating them to innovate, introducing new products and services as appropriate Manage the product portfolio and services for these accounts, ensuring clients are provided appropriate support from Visa Work closely with the assigned clients, regularly liaising with multiple key collaborators and ensuring an ongoing quality relationship is maintained Demonstrate expertise of all Visa products and services, with expert knowledge in certain areas Prepare briefings for senior management who engage with the client and prepare working groups to determine the value in kind projects in line with the client strategy. **Qualifications**:
Extensive Sales, account or customer management experience Passion and curiosity for Digital Payments, Fintechs and Innovation Commercial mentality, the ability to see opportunities and propose solutions Broad knowledge about Visa and its products and services Proven influencing, selling and negotiation skills Experienced in working in and leading project teams Ability to work in an international environment with key team members in all regions Excellent in writing and presenting skills.
