Are you passionate about human resources? inoqo provides climate labeling and sustainability engagement solutions for retailers and F&B brands. As an HR Intern (f/m/x) you will gain first-hand insights into one of the most promising impact start-ups in Europe Join us for 6 months on either part
- or full-time (20 - 38.5 hours) basis at our HQ in Vienna.

Tasks

**In this role, you will**:

- Ensure the proper onboarding of new team members and make sure everyone has the right information at the right time.
- Support with offboarding by scheduling exit calls and with some administrative topics.
- Participate in further planned HR projects and help to create a great company culture.
- Assist in reviewing and improving internal communication, structure, and interaction among inoqies.
- Together with our marketing team, work on inoqo's employer branding strategy and come up with creative ideas on how to attract the best talents.

**Requirements**:
**You're a fit because**:

- You are a student with a major in HR, Business Management, or Administration.
- You already gained your first working experience or did relevant HR internships.
- You can be a pillar of support for inoqies and their questions/challenges.
- You are passionate about different HR topics (employer branding, employee wellbeing, etc.).
- You are fluent in spoken and written English (German is a big plus).
