Health Services Team Leader

The Health Services Team Leader role is to lead by example and support a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health Professionals to deliver exceptional clinical and customer services. Key components of the position include:

- The supervision of approximately up to 25 direct reports
- Leading change and maintaining a positive team culture that aligns with ACH Group’s cultural elements
- Ensuring the team performance meets KPI’s and is in accordance with legislative requirements
- Working collaboratively with the Health Services Leadership team to achieve strategic goals
- Ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer service culture and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
- Undertaking business improvement and development activities
- always seeking opportunities to grow and develop Health services
- Overseeing cohesive team dynamics and seamless workflow between other business areas
- Team training and development initiatives
- Analysing and reporting on various functions within Health Services
- Stakeholder relationship development and management

About You
Workforce management and customer service experience ideally in the health care industry along with:

- A passion for excellence in customer service and creating high performing teams
- Experience in a leadership role, leading a diverse multidisciplinary team, including basic budget management and KPI attainment
- Experience in leading and creating service changes that create customer and business value
- High level competence to manage complex clinical issues and work related events
- Sound knowledge about Funding bodies and their requirements applicable to Aged Care and Health & Community Services
- Demonstrated understanding of the health and wellbeing needs of older people and proven customer service orientation
- A satisfactory National Criminal History Check for Aged Care, less than 12 months at commencement of employment
- Health Professional qualification with 5 years clinical experience and current registration with AHPRA

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector.
