**Job Description**:
Are you an experienced Events Project Lead with a background in consultancy, ideally within events, logistics, or production? We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as we take on exciting new projects.

As the Events Project Lead, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of projects from start to finish, working closely with key stakeholders to manage their expectations and deliver outstanding results. You'll be responsible for using your expertise to develop processes and working with Excel spreadsheets to manage project timelines and budgets.

We're looking for someone with a hands-on approach, an operational background, and a keen eye for detail. Your ability to problem-solve and think on your feet will be crucial as you lead our team through complex projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Event Management or Business
- At least 2 years of experience in consultancy, ideally within events, logistics, or event production
- Strong project management skills
- Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, delivering them on time and within budget
- Proficient in using Excel spreadsheets and developing processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Eligible to work in Austria
