**PACKAGING PROCESS MANAGER (M/W/D)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sie leiten ein kleines Team von Spezialist*innen im Packmittelbereich
- Sie sind zuständig für die Beschaffung von Packmitteln für die Herstellung, damit die Produkte zur richtigen Zeit, in richtiger Menge bzw. Qualität und zu passenden Kosten verfügbar sind
- Sie sind für die Digitalisierung sowie für die Effizienz bzw. Transparenz von Arbeitsabläufen bzw. Prozessen im Bereich Artwork und Packaging verantwortlich
- Zu Ihrer Aufgabe gehört die Etablierung eines elektronischen Artwork Management Systems
- Sie entwickeln und implementieren die Strategie der Produktgruppe „Verpackung“
- Sie sorgen für die Effizienzsteigerung der Bestellprozesse und -systeme von Packmitteln
- Sie erstellen und administrieren die SOPs für Packmittelprozesse
- Sie überwachen bzw. verbessern die Lieferantenleistung und sind auch für die Identifikation und Bewertung von neuen Packmittellieferanten zuständig
- Für die Bestellmengenoptimierung arbeiten Sie mit der Produktionsplanung zusammen
- Sie arbeiten bei bestimmten Aufgabenbereichen operativ mit: Koordination des Packmittel-Änderungs
- und Genehmigungslaufes, Prüfung und Verwaltung der Packmittel-Druckdaten, Erstellung und Verwaltung von Rolling Forecast für den Packmittelbedarf

**Ihr Profil**
- Abgeschlossene technische, naturwissenschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise im Life Science-Bereich
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von und Erfahrung mit Art-Work Management-Systemen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Prozess
- und Projektmanagement
- Strukturierte, analytische und genaue Arbeitsweise
- Lösungsorientierung und pragmatische Umsetzungsfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsstarke und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
- Qualitätsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
- Gute Systemaffinität sowie Erfahrung mit ERP (v.a. SAP)
- Fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse (v.a. pdf, Excel)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse
