As Process Development Manager C2C you will directly report to the Head of Process Development C2C and be part of our strong supply chain community. With highest analytical and technical skills, you will maintain and develop Mondi's SAP Kernel PPCA. You will be Super-Key-User in SAP C2C environment and the first contact for all C2C stakeholders in case of any system relevant inquiries.

Your mission
- Ensure highest data quality within the SD, LE-Tra (and MM) module
- Cooperate closely with Sales, Operation Planning, Customer Service and Logistics
- Participate in projects to constantly improve service factors within SCM
- Be the first contact for internal and external stakeholders (C2C organization) regarding process and IT related questions
- Create and maintain the C2C reporting landscape in webi/BO
- Continously improve and assure quality of processes as Super Key User for PPCA C2C stream
- Identify and follow up on improvement potentials in (EDI) communication with customers, logistics service providers and external warehouses
- Maintain master data and critical transactions as well as EDI interfaces (Mondi vs external partner)
- Participate in supply chain and cross-stream projects
- Be responsible for change requests and incident management in PPM
- Conduct trainings and support system users

**Profile**:

- Professional Experiences in SAP (modules LE/SD/MM)
- Excellent knowledge of BW/BO
- Experience with EDI, EDIFACT / Papinet
- Fluent English - any other language of benefit
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-driven, reliable, pro-active, efficient and target oriented mind-set
- Ability to work with strict deadlines, keeping the big picture as well as attention to details
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%)

**Offer**:

- Location: Group Office Vienna (AT) or nearby one of our Corrugated & Flexible Packaging Plants
- Start date: as soon as possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period)
- Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract
