Retail Banking Engine & Lending team in Vienna as a

DIGITAL BANK CRM LEAD (F/M/D)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and steady develop a new CRM shop including instant event-triggered cam
- paigns running across all digital communication channels
- Run the CRM shop on daily basis incl. support, executing campaigns and reporting
- Act as the product owner for our CRM development backlog
- Set and maintain campaigns in SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Develop and run customer data analytics for our digital bank

**YOUR QUALIFICATION**:

- 5+ years’ experience in CRM preferably with a financial services provider
- Command of web and in-App data analytics (Google Analytics, Countly, etc.)
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Familiar with analytical CRM development
- Business English is a prerequisite
