Tasks
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and qualify leads, and build strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Educate clients on the benefits of voluntary carbon credits and the impact of their purchase on the environment.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of European forestry carbon credits.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of carbon credits and exceptional customer service.

**Requirements**:
**Must have**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the environmental or sustainability industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Understanding of carbon markets and voluntary carbon credits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Nice to have**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, environmental science, or a related field.
- Experience with Hubspot or other CRM software.
- Knowledge of European forestry and the carbon sequestration potential of different tree species.
- Experience working with corporate sustainability programs and ESG reporting.
