**Stellenbeschreibung**:
In der Position als L&C Operations & Assistenz (m/w/d) unterstützen Sie das Legal & Compliance Team bei organisatorischen und administrativen bzw. paralegal Aufgaben.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

- ** e-Learning im Bereich Compliance**: Betreuung des E-Learning Systems inkl. Erstellung von Auswertungen.
- ** Erstellung von Präsentationen und Unterlagen.**:

- ** Bearbeiten von Vollmachten und Beschlüssen**:

- ** Auswertung von Compliance-Berichten.**:

- ** Organisation und Betreuung von Meetings**: insbesondere Abteilungsbesprechungen sowie Geschäftsführungs
- und Aufsichtsratssitzungen.
- ** Unterstützung des Teams bei aktuellen Themenstellungen.**:

- ** Office Management**: Terminkoordination, Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch, Telefonmanagement, Transkription von Dokumenten (auch in englischer Sprache), Dienstreiseplanung, Spesenabrechnung, Gästebewirtung und elektronische Ablage.

**Qualifikationen**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. kfm. Lehre, HAK, HLW o.ä.) oder begonnenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften.
- Erste Erfahrung im Büro
- oder Sekretariats-/Assistenzbereich von Vorteil.
- Gute Englisch
- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse.
- Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in neue IT-Tools und Systeme.
- Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten.
- Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und hohe Serviceorientierung.
- Kommunikations
- und Kontaktfreudigkeit.

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:

- Das jährliche Bruttomindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag (holzverarbeitende Industrie) EUR 35.725,48 (Vollzeitbasis). Ein marktkonformes Gehalt wird geboten, das sich an der konkreten Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung orientiert.
