**Data and APIs Leader Retail (f/m/x)**:
- We are looking for a talented and experienced Data and APIs Leader to join our Retail team. In this role, you are responsible from the business side for developing and managing the data strategy, a portfolio of data and API products and services for our customers. You closely work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and comply with regulatory requirements.#full-time

**Your mission at RBI**:
- You collaborate intensively with Digital Marketing, CRM, App and Web and product development stakeholders to identify customer needs and data driven approaches to solve them and translate them into requirements for IT and joint roadmaps
- You closely collaborate with IT teams to ensure that our data models and products meet technical and security requirements, and comply with regulatory standards
- You are in touch with external partners like AWS, Salesforce, Kafka and the like to identify opportunities for enhancing our data strategy via the integration of third-party products and services
- You define and monitor key performance metrics for our products, and continuously optimize our data strategy and product portfolio based on performance, market trends and new requirements
***Your core competencies**:
- 7+ years of experience in data strategy and/or data product management or related roles, with a focus on data and API products and services
- Strong business analysis background with experience working with data and API technologies
- Experience in agile product development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
