**The Impact You’ll Make**

The Clean Key Account Technologist (KAT) will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our key customers. This position requires a deep understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment, as well as the ability to provide technical expertise and support to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the primary technical point of contact.
- **Priority Alignment**: Drive alignment between account teams and clean product line on priorities for market penetrations and defenses.
- **Process Optimization**: Collaborate with customers to optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and performance.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Organize product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Lam Research technologies.
- **Feedback Loop**: Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in our products and services.
- **Training and Education**: Provide training and educational resources to customers and account teams to enhance their understanding and utilization of Lam Research technologies.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams to align customer needs with company objectives.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 12 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a Bachelor degree, or 8 years with a Masters degree or 5 years with a PhD.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required. Additionally strong communication skills in Chinese preferred.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
