In this role, you will...

preserving and extending the existing internal and external communication strategy in cooperation with executives, clients and business partners as well as establishing new communication channels within the framework of the communication strategy, by:

- Development of brand messaging, point-of-views and content focused on different markets.
- Managing and writing a variety of company’s communication - Creating long-form textual content, Newsletter, press releases and short texts for the website.
- Organization of Webinars and events.
- Collaborating in the content management of the company’s website, Twitter and LinkedIn page and other channels.
- Helping us in the conception and production of product-related visual content (posters, videos, presentations, brochures, scripts etc.) in collaboration with the different departments at HENSOLDT Analytics.
- Creating presentations on various product-related topics for diverse target groups.
- Planning and producing quarterly live webinars, including event set-up and communication with speakers, audience, and the internal teams.
- Producing the company’s podcast on Intelligence related topics, preparing meetings, recording, and editing the content for publishing.
- Regular reporting of results, statistics, campaigns’ outcomes etc.
- Supporting in leads generation strategy.

You are a perfect match, if you have
- a university degree in communications, media studies or marketing.
- Practical experience in Communications or Marketing.
- Fluent language skills in English, verbal and written (B2/C1).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Experience in the organization of events, conferences and webinars.
- Flexible, self-organized and independent working style as well as willingness to learn.
- Openness to cultural diversity and an ability to cooperate in a diverse environment.
- Experience with customer relationship management tools is appreciated.
- Experience with video and/ or audio editing tools is of advantage.
- Social media skills are a plus (Twitter and LinkedIn preferred).
- Experience with Adobe Suite and Content Management System (CMS) as WordPress or any content builder (as Elementor) is of advantage.
