In unserem Geschäftsbereich Paper, Fiber and Recycling im Bereich Produktmanagement sind wir auf der Suche nach einem **Product Manager Shredding Applications (m/w/d)**:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Leitung von Produktentwicklungs-, Produktverbesserungs
- sowie Kostensenkungsprogramme
- Beobachtung des Marktes sowie Mitbewerber und Entwicklung von Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Verstehen und darstellen der Kundenbedürfnisse und daraus resultierende Priorisierung von notwendigen Produkteigenschaften und Produktfunktionen.
- Schnittstelle zwischen Vertrieb, Produktentwicklung und Fertigung

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit kaufmännischer Zusatzausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktentwicklung oder Produktmanagement von Zerkleinerungslösungen (Shredder)
- Technisches Verständnis
- Hohes Maß an Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und Kreativität sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Kunden-, Verkaufs
- und Serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Weitere sprachliche Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Kommunikationsmedien und MS-Office sowie CRM-/ ERP- Systemen (idealerweise SAP) wünschenswert

**Unser Angebot**:
Wir bieten nach intensiver Einschulung sehr selbstständige und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben an.

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet für diese Position das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von brutto € 3.542,60/ Monat anzuführen.

Wir bieten jedoch in jedem Fall eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
