Der Schwerpunkt dieser Aufgabe liegt auf der Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung und Implementierung globaler Prozesse für Performance Management, Nachfolgeplanung und die Entwicklung von Key Talents. Die Position beinhaltet keine direkte Führungsverantwortung, erfordert aber eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit den HR-Teams der Divisionen und den wichtigsten Stakeholdern und ist in unserem Headquarter in Amstetten, Österreich, angesiedelt. Ihre Aufgaben: - Mitwirkung an der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von globalen Personalentwicklungsstrategien und -prozessen - Unterstützung von Initiativen in den Bereichen Performance Management, Nachfolgeplanung und Entwicklung von Talenten - Analyse globaler HR-Daten zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung und Erkennung von Trends - Zusammenarbeit mit den HR-Teams der Geschäftsbereiche und den Stakeholdern, um die Abstimmung der Prozesse sicherzustellen - Organisieren und Moderieren von Workshops und Schulungen - Proaktive Ermittlung von Verbesserungs - und Innovationsmöglichkeiten für Talentmanagementprozesse **Qualifikationen** - Bachelor-Abschluss in Personalmanagement, Organisationspsychologie oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet - Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung als HR Business Partner oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion mit Schwerpunkt Personalentwicklung in einem internationalen Umfeld - Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und fließende digitale Kenntnisse - Ausgezeichnete Beherrschung der englischen und deutschen Sprache **Zusätzliche Informationen** Wenn Sie bereits erfolgreich als HR Business Partner gearbeitet haben und Ihr Fachwissen im globalen People Development vertiefen wollen, ist das Ihre Chance In dieser Position bieten wir Ihnen eine hervorragende Chance in einem inspirierenden Umfeld und die Möglichkeit, sowohl die Umdasch Group als auch seine Divisionen mitzugestalten. Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, ein Mindestgehalt anzugeben. Das Mindestjahresbruttogehalt für diese Position beträgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag für die holzverarbeitende Industrie **EUR 49.000,00**.
