**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Coordinates the financial planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting activities at Group level and ensures the continuous improvement of the process to advise company's management in business decision making and steering.
- Advises the management on the key results of the planning activity and ensures the timely and high quality preparation of the planning documentation for Executive Board and Supervisory Board approval.
- Advises the management on the business development and strategic options by providing Group impact analysis including rating metrics.
- Develops and maintains updated state of the art planning models to evaluate the mid and long term development of the Group.
- Independently works on complex tasks without supervision
- Participates in the management team decision making process and has an influence on investment decisions.
- Contributes to policy development in the area of financial controlling. Involved in the customizing of policies, procedures, and practices.
- Defines, coordinates and executes the annual planning process to ensure financial target setting throughout the organization (MTP). Reviews financial targets and proposes correction measures to address deviations.
- Coordinates and performs relevant periodic reporting in a complete, timely and comprehensive way. Manages further conceptual development of the reporting tools and reporting contents in close alignment with management.
- Responsible for the timely and high quality preparation of the planning target guidance (via the planning letter),mid-term plan documentation for Planning Conference as well as for Executive Board and Supervisory Board approval
- Advises the management on the strategic options (acquisitions and divestments) and simulates the impact on the Group key financial performance and financial position indicators and the impact of the strategic options on the Group credit ratings according to the Fitch and Moody's methodologies
- Develops and maintains updated state of the art planning models to allow timely and high quality simulation of the mid and long term development of the Group
- Defines the key performance indicators used to calculate the impact of the strategic options and business opportunities on the Group development and ensures they are in line with cutting edge controlling and industry practice: operating result, net operating profit after tax, return on average capital employed, return on net assets, economic value added, gearing / leverage ratio, net debt, (organic) free cash flow, net working capital, etc.
- Sets up and maintains the sensitivity model to assess the impact of the various price and foreign exchange scenarios on the Group key performance indicators
- Performs ad-hoc analysis and simulations with regard to the Group mid and long term development for internal stakeholders: OMV Group management, Business Development / M&A, Group Treasury and Risk Management, Investors Relations etc

**Your profile**:

- University degree (Master) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Energy Management
- Profound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and Austrian Local GAAP
- Excellent knowledge about financial KPIs (incl. dependencies), especially with regard to integrated financial planning and financial modelling, M&A and business development
- Excellent MS Office Skills (Excel, Power Point, Word) and knowledge of reporting systems (especially SAP FI/CO and SAP BW); ideally: user experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management and IBM Cognos
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, high stress tolerance, conflict management ability and ability to deliver fully delegated tasks/projects in time and of high quality
- Excellent German and English skills
