One focus is the development and distribution of proprietary biological products for conventional and organic farming, contributing this to a sustainable agriculture.
For the coordination of the biological development of new products, we are looking for a competent person at our location in 1220 Vienna.

**SPECIALIST BIOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT (M/F/D)**:
**Your tasks**:

- Responsible for the biological development of key assets and products through the planning, design, coordination, summary and interpretation of biological development trials
- Ensure formulation optimization to improve efficacy and marketability in close cooperation with formulation & process technology
- Coordinate the sample supply, sample storage and sample shipment as well as support in the production of test samples (seed treatment)
- Participate in registration matters (national and international) and trial permits
- Contribute to new ideas in terms of product concepts, indications and crops
- Build expertise in the development of biologicals with a focus on repellents and microorganisms
- Prepare Biological Assessment Dossier (BAD) with the support of the respective R&D specialists.
- Generate reliable biological datasets (trial reports) for screening, development and regulatory purpose

**Your skills**:

- Relevant university degree in agricultural science or a scientific discipline (preferably phytopathology, biology) with focus on Biologicals, Insecticides and Biostimulants.
- Min. 3 years of work experience as trial contractor, in the area of the development of biological plant protection products or registration in industry or for contract research organisations.
- Good project management skills
- Experiences with ARM is an advantage
- Good command of German, fluent in English
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
- Good analytical thinking and structured way of working
- Organization and problem-solving skills
- Initiative and flexibility
- Driving license required - own car is an advantage
