We are growing and looking for a dynamic **Group Quality Management Specialist** (M/F/d) to join our Marketing Communication and Branding Team.

**YOUR ROLE**:

- You are responsible for the professional trainings of our safety and quality standards
- You lead workshops, assessments and non-technical projects and ensure that all employees can implement the relevant standards in their daily work
- You design, organize and conduct training courses on the topic of process management and drive the group-wide introduction forward
- You analyse processes on-site and develop resource-saving and waste-avoiding solutions
- You promote collaboration and transfer of best practices between operational organization units

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You enjoy passing on Safety and Quality knowledge and are capable to engage, influence and motivate colleagues of all levels
- You have experience in analyzing and improving processes and are highly result-oriented and do not like any kinds of wasting
- You are able to quickly think your way through processes on-site in consideration for different people, cultures and organizations
- You like to travel and weeks of absence from home do not burden you or your personal surroundings
- You are a team player with strong interpersonal and social skills
- You have good skills in German and English (C-level)
