Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you are the ambassador of a small collection of boutique hotels represented by different brands across the European market.
In your role, you are responsible for clients headquartered in Austria as well as sales throughout Europe. Total Account Management is familiar to you — you have previously managed key accounts and successfully presented hotels from various brands to your contacts. New client acquisition is also part of your daily responsibilities and a fixed component of your bonus plan.
**About You**
You know how to inspire our guests and business partners. You organize client events and sales trips and see it as your mission to sustainably increase our market share. You are results-oriented but never lose sight of our guests’ expectations and naturally tailor individual, customized offers for each client. Furthermore, you are excellently networked within the market — together, this gives us the opportunity to further expand the Sircle Collection. In your position, you report directly to the Regional Director of Sales Southern Europe.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and actively acquire new clients in the Corporate segment, aiming to achieve and grow budgets across Corporate, MICE, and Consortia segments
- Develop and expand existing business relationships within your sales region
- Take responsibility for a defined feeder market, acting as the single point of entry
- Independently plan and conduct sales trips
- Negotiate contracts and manage contractual responsibilities for your client portfolio — always aiming to present the full range of the Sircle Collection
- Collaborate closely across locations with Sales and Booking Office colleagues throughout Europe
- Create strategic business plans for your clients as well as sales action plans for your region
- Plan and execute sales events, fam trips, and sales trips
- Strengthen the brand presence and awareness of the Sircle Collection within the corporate segment
**Ideally, you have**
- More than three years of experience in hotel sales
- Strong presentation and communication skills in German and English
- Confidence in multi-brand and destination sales
- A hands-on mentality — Sircle Collection is a small team where everyone helps each other with exactly the flexibility and enthusiasm that their role requires
- A results-oriented mindset, hunger for challenges, and readiness to get started immediately
- Openness and curiosity to constantly learn, as we strive to stay one step ahead of the times

For this position, a collective agreement gross monthly minimum salary of €2,699 (based on full-time) is provided, with guaranteed overpayment based on your experience and qualifications
