As an Operations and Projects Manager, you will join the European Digital Banking and Customer Experience team and play a critical role in driving the development and management of our digital banking operations capabilities and customer excellence. Your contributions will be essential in providing an outstanding experience for our customers.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and processes to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of digital banking services to customers.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and data to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, compliance, and technology, to develop and launch new digital banking products and services that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer experience and operational efficiency, develop and implement action plans to improve performance, and achieve targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize, plan, and execute projects and initiatives that support the growth and profitability of digital banking & services, as well as enhance Customer Experience.
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation.

**Role Requirements**
- You will have solid experience in Operations and/or Project Management in a FinTech or payments and/or retail banking or financial consulting field.
- Track record of working across operations, product, technology, and risk/compliance to achieve the best customer experience outcomes.
- Experience with process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Proven experience managing projects across multiple departments and stakeholders, with the ability to break large tasks into smaller ones that can be planned, budgeted, monitored, and tracked.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders at various levels internally and externally.
- Excellent verbal and written business English skills.

**Salary**

We are under legal obligation to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 63,100 gross per year for this position. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
